Justin and Hailey Bieber announce birth of first child

Canadian singer Justin Bieber has announced the birth of his first child with wife Hailey Bieber. In an Instagram post, Bieber shared a photo of his newborn son’s tiny feet. “Welcome home,” he wrote in the caption early Saturday morning, revealing that his name is Jack Bruce Bieber.

Katy Perry and Kylie Jenner were among the celebrities who congratulated the couple.

“Your blessing has arrived,” Perry wrote in the comments on Bieber’s post. Meanwhile, Jenner wrote, “I can’t stand these little legs.”

When she announced her pregnancy in May, she shared videos and photos of Hailey showing off her bump in a white lace dress. The 27-year-old American model and the pop singer married in a secret ceremony in New York in 2018.

Known for hits like “Baby,” “Love Me” and “Yummy,” Justin rose to fame as a singer at just 13 years old. Last year, Justin had to cancel the remaining dates of his Justin’s World Tour while he was recovering from Ramsay Hunt syndrome, which can cause facial paralysis.

The Canadian singer unexpectedly took to the stage at Coachella Festival last month to sing his 2020 hit single “Essence” alongside Nigerian star, Wizkid, during a performance by Tems.

Hailey, the daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin and niece of actors Alec, William and Daniel Baldwin, is the founder of a skincare line called Lorde.
